Barry Island Pink Dry Gin
Pink grapefruit, raspberries, rosemary and black peppercorn form the botanical quartet in our small batch Pink Dry Gin.
Fresh, fruity and unsweetened, we wanted to create a Pink Gin that was totally unique. Inspired by the rosemary that grows along the headland at Whitmore Bay (and the rosemary that grows in our back garden on Barry Island), we followed the citrus, herbal and spice blend that we developed for Barry Island Gin.
Fresh pink grapefruit is the first note you detect, followed by rounded red berry sweetness from the raspberries. Rosemary brings subtle clean floral notes while slight pepperiness from the black peppercorns balances out the back notes and deliver a long, refreshing finish.
