Two years in to our Barry Island Spirits journey and we finally have a proper home.
Barry Island Spirit HQ opened on 11 November 2022. Formerly a hairdressers, 33 High Street is now our new home and we absolutely love it.

When we started thinking about opening a shop we knew exactly where we wanted to be. High Street in Barry is full of fantastic, artisan and boutique makers and retailers. Importantly, it's home to our very good friends Cocoa Therapy, Normans Butchers, Crafted Arts and Wild Meadow Floral - three businesses that we love and have collaborated with loads over the last couple of years.
When the opportunity arose for us to move in to 33 High Street we jumped at the chance.

High Street Opening Hours
Our core opening hours at our High Street shop are Wednesday - Saturday, 11am - 5pm. However these may vary based on seasonality (for example in December you'll probably find us here 7 days a week! And in Food Festival Season we may be closed on some Saturdays because we're a tiny team and can't be in two places at once).

We try to keep our Google profile up to date with our opening hours so if unsure, please check there or give us a call on 01446 735361.
Our shop stocks Barry Island Welsh Dry Gin, Pink Gin, Rum and Vodka (obviously). We've got hampers, gift boxes, glasses and miniature bottles. Alongside our spirits we've got a selection of over 20 wines, all from independent producers all over the world. We also have a selection of beers and ciders from some fantastic Welsh breweries.
