50ml Barry Island Pink Gin
25ml Lemon juice
25ml Raspberry syrup
50ml Sparkling Elderflower
Ice (for shaking)
Lemon slice (to garnish)
How to Make Our Pink Gin Fizz Cocktail
This pink gin cocktail is simple to make. To start, load your cocktail shaker with ice before pouring in your Barry Island Pink Gin, lemon juice and raspberry syrup.
Put the lid on your shaker and give it a good shake before straining the liquid into a glass - we think our pink gin fizz looks great in a coupe but this drink works just as well in a hi-ball.
To finish making your cocktail, add the sparkling elderflower and garnish with a slice of lemon.
