BOTANICAL SPICED RUM
Unique and small batch, 3 year old molasses-based Guyanese rum is spiced with all natural botanicals over several days.
The liquid is agitated twice a day to ensure the rum is perfectly infused with the natural flavours. The spirit is then lengthened with the purest Welsh water gravitated from the Brecon Beacons.

No artificial colourings, flavourings or sweeteners have been added to Barry Island Botanical Spiced Rum. Vanilla gives our rum a delicate sweetness and smooth rounded palate, fresh orange peel gives the rum a lively citrus note whilst cloves, cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg and all spice add depth and warmth. The final spirits is smooth, rich and decadent.

THE PERFECT SERVE
Our spiced rum is smooth and clean so is delicious on its own over ice and garnished with a slice of orange.

If you'd like to add a mixer, we think our spiced rum is best served with cloudy apple juice or ginger ale.
Cocktail Hour: Rum Cooler Recipe
Whilst our rum is very sippable on it's own with a cube or two of ice, for those times when we fancy a longer drink our Rum Cooler recipe has become a tasty go-to.
In the summer we change it up slightly by adding lemonade instead of cinnamon syrup and soda water. But in the Autumn and Winter, this spiced version of our rum cooler is as comforting as a warm blanket.
